| Varinova present the conclusion of Varitrials 2010 | |
Dear business partner, first of all let me extend to you our best wishes for a good, healthy and productive 2011. During last year we have tested all of our Cyclamen varieties in a “trials set-up”. More than 300 Cyclamen varieties from standard to micro have been compared. The results of these comparisons are shown in our Varitrials (www.varitrials.nl). The Varitrials can help you in making a choice which cyclamen varieties fit best in your selection for the year to come.
A few highlights from our Varitrials:
- Again the uniformity of the Maxora and Maxora Fringed varieties was very remarkable. Once more the 7080 Maxora Red was compact, firm and blooming early.
- For the first time this year the Rocolina (Midi Fringed) has been tested. The plant was looking good. The Rocolina is not yet available to the market and will be tested again this year.
All varieties have been photographed and scored on flowering from weeks 35 to 41 inclusive. All relevant data as well as the photo’s can be found on www.varitrials.nl. Here it is possible to compare the Rocolina with other Midi Fringed plants. And e.g. in the standard variety you can compare the 7504 Maxora Fringed White with the Fantaisy-F1 Blanc-5012 or the Halios Frangé Blanc.
