As in previous years, the Plantarium international nursery trade fair participates at the IPM, at its traditional venue in Hall 12 for the Dutch tree-nursery group entry.
The theme Plantarium has chosen for 2011 is "Art". This theme offers both the participants and the fair numerous possibilities. Artists can evoke emotions through their work as they see it. Tree cultivators may be able to learn something from artists about the experience value of trees and plants. With its new initiatives, developments and novelties, Plantarium 2011 will be the stage for "works of art" by its participants and the sector.
At the IPM, Plantarium will present the theme in an artistic manner by showing a split tree with current developments in production and trade of nursery stock .The "works of art" at the stand are the winning novelty entries of Plantarium 2010. The decor too is grafted onto the arts, in Mondrian style.
Plantarium 2011 will be held in the Plantarium building in Boskoop, from 24 - 27 August.
