Trade Fair and Congress for Fruits and Vegetables Premiere in Dubai on September 24 ‑ 28, 2011
The WOP DUBAI - World of Perishables trade fair - has decided to cooperate with the Eurofruit Congress Middle East. This will result in a platform in the growth market of Dubai which will offer producers, traders and trade visitors comprehensive information and ordering possibilities for everything to do with temperature-sensitive goods.
On September 24 and 25, the Eurofruit Congress Middle East will take place in the Hotel InterContinental Festival City in Dubai. At the event organized by the Eurofruit Magazine trade journal, leading market participants will pass on their knowledge on subjects associated with the international fruit and vegetable sector. In the immediate vicinity (in the Airport Expo Dubai), this will be followed by WOP DUBAI on September 26 ‑ 28. There, trade visitors and entrepreneurs will be able to establish new contacts to producers and suppliers, to place orders and to gain an overview of the market. WOP Dubai is being organized by Messe Essen and planetfair Dubai LLC. The event was launched in 2009 in order to bring together suppliers and customers in the growing business relating to all aspects of fruit, vegetables, logistics and the relevant technologies.
Dubai is the most important trading hub for fruits and vegetables in the Middle East. In the region, the income is rising and thus the demand for temperature-sensitive goods as well.
